1. The pre-requisite for using this integration is successful implementation of the LegalServer API for Paladin within the LSO’s instance of LegalServer and the Pro Bono Module. Please visit LegalServer's help page for detailed guidance, and contact [email protected] with any questions.
2. Accessing Integration
Once your account is configured with the Paladin and LegalServer integration, follow these steps to access the integration settings:
Click on the drop-down menu located at the top right corner of your screen.
Choose "Integrations" from the menu.
3. Testing the LegalServer API Integration
Within the Integrations section, account admins with the appropriate permissions can easily test the LegalServer API Integration.
LegalServer API Token: Generate a token in LegalServer and paste it into this field. This token establishes communication between the two applications.
LegalServer Application Link: Provide the URL of the LegalServer application.
Access Token: Paladin populates this token, allowing admins to copy it to the clipboard and paste it into LegalServer.
4. Integration Errors
Once the fields are populated, admins can independently test the integration. In case of any errors, Paladin will identify the specific field causing the issue.
