Pro bono is an excellent way to build new skillsets in your practice. Exciting news - you can now easily search for pro bono opportunties that help you strengthen professional skills right on Paladin! This easy-to-use tool also allows you to track your progress right within the Paladin dashboard.
There are multiple ways to utilize the new feature:
Skill Development via Pro Bono Preferences
When setting your pro bono preferences, you can now select certain skills that you would like to acquire through pro bono work. Making this selection allows Paladin to customize your browse experience and ensure that you are easily finding opportunties that match your professional development goals!
Filter Opportunity Browse Page by Skills Developed
When searching for an opportunity, you can also filter by "Skills Developed", by selecting More Filters, and clicking on Skills Developed. This filter will allow you to narrow down opportunities based on skills that you are specifically looking to enhance. Once the skills have been chosen, you will see the most relevant opportunities at the top of your dashboard.
Track Skill Development
You can track your participation by navigating to the top right corner, select your name, and click on My Participation. Here, you will find all matters you have volunteered for via Paladin and the skillsets associated with these opportunties.
