User and Opportunity Metrics Dashboard
View and download data through our User and Opportunity Metrics Dashboard!
From the "Reports" tab, find the Opportunity and User Metrics, where firm admins can get information on the opportunities and their volunteer engagements.
NOTE: Clients that also have Paladin’s legacy Time & Billing Integration will see the Opportunity and User Insights options below those reports.
Narrow down the results to specific teams by utilizing the team filter.
Type in the team (office) name into the box, click on the team name, and press "Add filter" to customize the results to the desired team.
Opportunity Metrics
In the Opportunity Metrics Reports you will find the following:
Number of Actively Recruiting Opportunities by Engagement Type
Number of Actively Recruiting Opportunities by Causes / Communities Served
Number of Actively Recruiting Opportunities by Practice Area
Opportunities Shared by Team:
Number of opportunities shared with a specific office or region
Opportunities Shared by Referring Organization:
List of Opportunities shared by referrers, default sorted by most Actively Recruiting Opportunities
Referring Organization Metrics By Team:
List of the number of referring organizations connected to each team, available opportunities for each team and the total number of opportunities shared each each team (both active and inactive).
User Metrics
Metrics Overview:
At the top of the screen you will see the following:
Number of Licensed Users: This reflects the number of active users at the organization,
Number of Users Who Visited Paladin: This reflects the number of unique users who have ever visited the platform.
Number of Users Who Volunteered: This reflects the number of unique users who have volunteered for at least one matter/event.
Number Total Volunteer Instances: This reflects the cumulative number of times members of the organization have expressed interest in a matter/event.
Active User Chart:
This chart outlines the number of Active Users (users who have visited the platform) and the number of Volunteered Users (users who have expressed interest in a matter/event) month over month.
Volunteers Table:
Table of volunteers, default sorted by date they expressed interest
User Preferences Table:
table of users, default sorted by User full name, and the practice area and cause / communities preferences they’ve selected on their User Preferences page
