User and Opportunity Metrics Dashboard

View and download data through our User and Opportunity Metrics Dashboard!

From the "Reports" tab, find the Opportunity and User Metrics, where firm admins can get information on the opportunities and their volunteer engagements.

NOTE: Clients that also have Paladin’s legacy Time & Billing Integration will see the Opportunity and User Insights options below those reports.

Narrow down the results to specific teams by utilizing the team filter. This can be applied on both the Opportunity and User Metrics reports. Type in the team (office) name into the box, click on the team name, and press Add filter to customize the results to the desired team.
