The opportunity sharing tool is a great way to highlight important urgent projects, or target specific audiences.

Select the best option to share your opportunity:

Start by selecting an opportunity

Step 1: Choose the opportunity (or opportunities) you'd like to share.

Step 2: Click the "Email" button at the top of the opportunity list.

Utilize Paladin's Interface

Step 3: Choose the audience that will receive the shared opportunities.

  1. Send to… : Users assigned to a Team

  2. Limited to these practice groups: Practice groups or Department that are assigned to users

  3. Limited to users interested in the following Practice Areas: Users who have selected the specific Practice Area(s) in their Paladin Preferences

  4. Limited to users interested in the following Communities Served: Users who have selected the specific Causes and Communities in their Paladin Preferences

  5. Add specific email addresses: Deliver to additional email addresses

  6. Prepend a message to the body of this email: Add any additional information about the opportunity here

Step 4: Press ‘Continue’. Press ‘Send email now to # recipient’ and also know how many recipients will receive the email. NOTE: There is also an option to send a test email to yourself.

Send URL Link to Desired Recipients

Follow the Steps 1 & 2 above prior to getting to select the opportunity/ies to share

Step 3: Select the 'URL Link' tab in the Share Opportunity window

Step 4: Press ‘Copy to Clipboard’ to share via personal email, chat, or other means

NOTE: For users without a Paladin account, they may see a view only copy or not at all based on the sharing permissions selected by the LSO hosting the matter. If an opportunity does not have public sharing permissions, you will receive a notification alerting you of this status. In this case, please contact the organization request permission to share with your network.
