Volunteers express interest in your opportunity, and then are redirected to your link, where they can complete registration, access a training, find additional information, etc.

You receive an email and can see their interest on your Paladin dashboard. Any information the volunteer shares through your external link won't be recorded in Paladin (and we of course can't guarantee they'll fill out that additional info once they leave Paladin).
