Opportunities can be expanded to see a snapshot of the opportunity details, including the following:
Location
License Requirements
Duration
Practice Areas
Causes & Communities
Date, time, and location [events only]
Bulk Update Expiration Dates
Update the expiration date for your own created opportunities. Select multiple opportunities to extend the expiration date for more than one opportunity at a time. Shift the date by a number of days or select a specific date in the future.
Select a Date for ALL Opportunities
With this expiration date option, Admin users are able to pick a specific date and all the opportunities will be updated to that date. There are quick pick selection options to easily select an additional 30, 60, 90, or 120 days from today's date.
NOTE: Opportunities max expiration date are 6 months from today's date, meaning expiration dates cannot be extended beyond that time period.
Scroll to the bottom of the window to review the proposed date changes for each opportunity. Press Update Dates to commit the changes to the opportunities.
Shift ALL Opportunities by the Same Time Period
Update expiration dates by the same time frame, meaning the expiration dates will all extend by the selected timeframe.
