Initial User Provisioning
When your organization on-boards with Paladin, our customer success team will assist you in provisioning user accounts for your initial set of users. We will ask you to provide your user roster as a CSV or Excel file with the following format:

This file can be emailed to your account manager who can assist in provisioning these initial users.
Provisioning Users on an On-going Basis
After initial on-boarding, you'll want to keep your Paladin user accounts up to date as employees join and leave your organization. We offer three options for keeping your users in sync.
Self-serve Provisioning via the Web
For one-off additions or deactivations, it may be convenient to use the Paladin application's User Management feature via the web.
Provisioning via SFTP
For automated provisioning in batch, Paladin offers the option to upload user rosters via SFTP. If you choose this option, your account manager will provide you with user credentials to access our secure SFTP server (sftp.joinpaladin.com).
File uploaded via SFTP must be in the format described above and contain the most recent, full roster. We recommend uploading rosters monthly or quarterly.
Concierge Provisioning via Email
You may also simply send us an email with your latest user roster and we will update your Paladin accounts.
