Paladin Insights: Timekeeper Access

Your Timekeeper Detail page provides you with the ability to view all of your pro bono history and data. Read below to see what information is available.

Hours Overview:

The hours overview section allows you to quickly view your pro bono:

  • Total Hours

  • Hours Year to Date

  • Fiscal Year to Date

  • Hours in the last 12 months

All of this data is flowing in from your time and billing system.

Timekeeper Information:

The Timekeeper Information Section may include information such as your:

  • Title

  • Type

  • Office

  • Law School

  • Start Date

  • End Date (if applicable)

  • Department

  • Last Billed Date

  • Address, State, Zip Code, Country


Timekeeper Participation

The Participation List table allows you to view details about what pro bono matters for which you have contributed time or are assigned. You also have the ability to view specific columns, as well as filter any of the information.

By clicking on the "Columns" button, you can see a list of all of the columns containing data about your matters. There, you can show, hide, and re-order these data points to customize what information you see and how you see it!

You can move these columns in the table display or within the column pop-out window by grabbing the dots to the left of the name. Hide or show columns by checking the box next to the dots.

Using the "Filters" button, you can drill down into the table based on its data categories so that you can find the exact information you're looking for. Click on any category to filter based on their data type.

You can also open this table in a new window for easier viewing by clicking on "Expand."

Tags:

View and edit tags pertaining to your timekeeper profile, such as:

  • Bar Admission

  • Language

  • Skills Desired

  • Skills Possessed

To make changes to your tags, simply click on the "Edit Tags" button on the top right-hand side of the tags section, edit the tags as necessary, and "Save Tags".

History of Pro Bono

On the bottom right-hand side of the page, you will see a Prior Experience notes section that allows you to add any prior experience that you have with pro bono. This section can be edited anytime!


You'll also be able to view all of your pro bono hours completed both by year and by quarter.
