Welcome to Paladin! We’re so thrilled you’re here.

If you manage a clinic, training, or recurring event-based opportunity, Paladin can replace the existing distribution and registration steps in your workflow. This removes the need for spreadsheets, email sign-ups, or other administratively heavy tools.

Managing Registrations in Paladin

Tracking volunteer registrations in Paladin is a simple and efficient way to manage events. For more detailed information on managing expressions of interest in Paladin, see our fact sheet here.

  1. When a volunteer registers for an event on Paladin, you will be notified and connected with the volunteer via email.

  2. That registration is also recorded on the opportunity listing in your Paladin account. You will notice that the opportunity will automatically copy from the “Recruiting” to the “Interest Expressed” tab.

  3. Click on the opportunity title, and then select “Volunteer Management” to review volunteer sign-ups. The table lists the contact date, name, email, source, and location of the volunteer. You can download this information into a spreadsheet, as well.

  4. For events with multiple dates and times, a separate list will be generated for each individual event. You can also edit participation or remove a user from an event (we hope you don’t need to, but it can happen!).

  5. You can communicate with event volunteers directly from the opportunity listing, as needed. To begin, click on the opportunity, select "Volunteer Management", and scroll to the bottom of the page to view the list of volunteers. Next, select one or more volunteers and click the "Email" button.

A new email box will pop up with your email address in the "To" field. The selected volunteers will be BCC'd. From here, just compose your message and send! Because your email address is in the "To" field, you will receive a copy for your records.

  6. If the event is cancelled, or an update is made to the event details, this will be relayed in a real-time email notification to those who have registered.
