In this article, you will find an overview of the analytics in the Reports area, available to portal administrators!

Reports

πŸ“… All reports can be segmented into different time periods including month, quarter and year.


Interest by Referrer

This report ranks Legal Service Organizations based on the number of Interests Expressed (IEs) they received, listed from the highest to the lowest within the selected time period.

New Opportunities

This report includes all opportunities shared to the portal during this time period. Additional information about the opportunity can be found by scrolling within the data window, including the current status of the opportunity, the referring organization, engagement type, and practice areas.

NOTE: The date shared may differ from the created date of the opportunity.

Volunteers

This report lists all volunteers who have expressed interest in or volunteered for an opportunity through the portal. Use this information to gain additional insights about your volunteers, such as their location, organization, and whether they are returning volunteers.

πŸ’‘ You can download any report into Excel by hovering over the chart, clicking on the dots in the upper right hand corner, and clicking Download results.
