Timekeeper Access to Paladin
Timekeepers must be provisioned as users in Paladin before they can log in. Once provisioned, they can access Paladin via SSO or direct URL access: http://app.joinpaladin.com/!/insights.
π‘ Timekeepers will only see their own profile and matters for which they have contributed time or are an assigned timekeeper, and no other data.
Timekeeper Profile Overview
β The "History of Pro Bono" section is visible and editable by the timekeepers, admins should not include any sensitive information in this area.
Upon logging into the Paladin platform, timekeepers are taken to their personal timekeeper page. Here, they can view, edit, and interact with the following sections:
View
Profile Information
Displays basic information about the timekeeper, including their name, firm, and other personal details.
Hours Overview
A summary of the timekeeper's pro bono hours worked, including both current and historical data.

Tags
History of Pro Bono
Interact
Matter Participation List
Matters for which the timekeeper has contributed time to will be visible to them. Matter information is view only for the timekeeper--they cannot modify any matter details.
